The waiver

Read each part and tick it. Then type your full name to sign. You only do this once.

Taking part. My child will take part in physical activity: running, jumping, climbing, lifting and games. Like any sport this carries a risk of bumps, strains and, rarely, more serious injury. Sugar Rogue coaches are trained and DBS-checked, every session is supervised and scaled to the child, and I accept the ordinary risks of taking part. Nothing in this agreement limits Sugar Rogue's responsibility for injury caused by its own negligence. Health. To the best of my knowledge my child is well enough to take part. The allergy, medical and emergency details I have given are accurate, and I will update them in the app if anything changes. I will tell the coach before the session if my child is unwell or injured. Emergencies. If my child is hurt or taken ill, staff may give first aid and, if they cannot reach me or my emergency contact, arrange medical treatment, including calling an ambulance. Drop-off and collection. I am responsible for my child before the session starts and after it ends. I will collect my child on time, or tell the coach which adult is collecting them. Behaviour. My child will follow the coaches' instructions. For their safety and everyone else's, a coach may ask a child to sit out for part of a session, and I will be told if that happens. Fees. I will pay the fees for the plan I choose: monthly fees at the start of each month, drop-in classes on the day, and a block before its first class. Your information. Sugar Rogue keeps my child's details to run classes and keep them safe. Medical and allergy notes are seen only by the coaches taking my child's class. Photos and consent

📸 Photos are part of the experience. Tick this and your child’s session photos appear in your app so you can follow their journey (and may feature on our socials). Change it any time. We only keep what keeps your child safe. No body measurements are ever taken for under-16s.
